As I see it we have commitment for the following groups

1.  Develop a social media programme Henning Mohme and Simon Jones, 3M,Lars Burk and Peter Mueller Tesa, Patrick Eraets Novacel and  Michael Punter Parafix This team is full no more volunteers required

2.  Manage our website going forward Sharon Boyle Advance, Louise Vincent Parafix

3.  Create an education-awareness programme in conjunction with the Technical Committee Annegret Lange Evonik, Carles Andreu Tesa, Henning Mohme 3M

4.  Recruit more members and understand why potential members do not participate Mete Konualp Tesa

5.  Manage general communications depending on the needs of Afera All Afera Marketing Committee

6.  Manage the Annual Conference. Stephan Neuner

Therefore from those who attended the meeting who have not signed up can you please advise Astrid whether you can help or not , if you can which group would you like to be aligned with.

For those who could not make the meeting the same question , but if you need any clarification please do not hesitate to contact me.

Once the above is complete we will seek /propose a team leader.

Subject: Marketing Committee Objective and Strategies

Dear Colleagues,

I would just like to confirm with you that at today's Meeting, we agreed on the purpose of our Committee and specific action points that will ensure that we achieve our goals.  In addition to that, we discussed a few roles of Marketing Committee membership.

Our primary goal is to grow the pie of the PSA market in Europe.

The strategies:

1.  Develop a social media programme

2.  Manage our website going forward

3.  Create an education-awareness programme in conjunction with the Technical Committee

4.  Recruit more members and understand why potential members do not participate

5.  Manage general communications depending on the needs of Afera

6.  Manage the Annual Conference.

We agreed that our first rule of membership is involvement in one of the topic groups above.  Therefore would like you to agree to join one of the working groups above, excluding general communications.

Finally, we agreed that we must have a quorum of at least 5 members at every meeting to ensure continuity.

As we are taking this proposal to the Steering Committee tomorrow morning, we would appreciate your email of agreement or amendment to the above, along with which group you would like to be involved in.

Thanks for your support today.  I thought it was a great meeting.
